Annar arrived within the window of time indicated in my confirmation email. He got straight to work and after assessing the situation, clearly communicated the repair needed as well as costs associated with the part and labor. Just my luck, he had the part on him and was able to repair my oven in 40 minutes time. He tested it out to make sure it was functioning properly and was sure to mention the warranty associated with the repair. I paid and he was on his way. To think I only contacted them one day prior and now have a functioning oven.

Frankly, Annar was one of the best service people I have ever encountered. He quickly took care of uninstalling our old dishwasher with all of its connection oddities, and installing our new different model. He even went out of his way to ensure the newer parts necessary were available. Through his personality and casual professionalism, I was impressed enough to know that I would call him again in a heartbeat for any appliance services like this.

We were impressed with this company because they handled our refrigerator repair without hassle. They were so responsive. Their technician came to see why the freezer was working, but the fridge was not. He fixed the unit efficiently, and the cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend them.
